Excellent Tour

Brian did an excellent job of pointing out the areas of interest and getting us to and from Pearl Harbor. The additional things such as the Veterans Cemetery as well as the Honolulu skyline were really good. Excellent overall.
Humbling Beyond Words

Seeing the memorial wall of all of the soldiers lost that day and knowing that survivors have requested to be returned to this place as their eternal resting place with their brothers.

Great tour

The trip was fantastic and our tour guide, David was fabulous. The only hitch we had was that the tour company sent us on a boondoggle to find the hotel for pick up when there was another pick up about 10 steps from the front door of the place we were staying. Other than that, we have nothing negative to say at all. A very emotional experience all in all. The added punch bowl volcano tour and city tour was an appreciated bonus. Well done.
Very easy way to visit the USS Arizonia.

Very informative, clearly explained what we could expect while visiting the USS Arizonia Memorial. If you are wanting an uncomplicated option, this is it..

Pearl Harbor with ohana

We upgraded the tour with the operator KarmaTours for a full day since we had booked flight from Big Island for a visit to O’ahu 6 am to 5 pm. It was perfect timing for a full day tour with the help of Ben for pick up, advice, facts and figures, and he was great. Ben was our guide, ride and we became part of his ohana. Mahalo Ben!
Excellent displays and historical perspective
Debra_M, 11-01-2023
I enjoyed the various rooms on display. Lots of explanation about where we were as a country and what the mindset was at the time. Also very good exhibits of the ships and what they looked like. Sounds like history lessons in schools got it wrong all those years—should not have been a surprise at all.
Very solemn experience
Rhondashadow804, 11-01-2023
As the guides tell you, this is a Memorial to a horrendous day in our history. Every part of this memorial was very moving. There is a lot of information and history. There are three other tours, The USS Missouri battleship, the Bowfin submarine, and the WWII Air Museum.
Pearl Harbor tour

It is a very solemn place. It is very well done with explanations of the memorials and displays. The movie helped really bring what happened to life. The museum helped explain other world events that brought us to that point. Our guide was awesome. Very personable and clear with info to and from Pearl Harbor.
Nice experience

We are so glad we booked this. It was amazing to see Pearl Harbor. Very sad but so happy we did so. Our tour guide was extremely patient when we couldn’t find the pick up spot and got us there. He was extremely knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor and the island itself.
Emotional
Luis_J, 03-02-2023
Our tour guide, Hema, was simply wonderful! And, the Pearl Harbor Memorial, although solemn, was quite emotional. This is one of those places every American should visit to remember those that gave their lives for freedom.
Great Pearl Harbor tour

Actually going to the USS Arizona was a wonderful experience. I have wanted to go for a long time.We went at a time that it wasn't busy and the tour company gave us excellent instruction.
Excellent tour

Robert was is a great tour guide. Although he didn’t stay with us through the Pearl Harbor, memorial and boat ride , he gave us pointers on where to sit so that we would be the first ones out to get to the boat first and memorial room.

On the way back to the hotels, we also went to punchball crater, saw a large old military cemetery, and drove through the old part of Honolulu. These were an added bonus that we didn’t know about when booking.
Not what we were expecting.

This excursion fell below what we thought we were getting. It basically felt like an Uber ride there and back with only two hours allowed there. The driver was very courteous and very knowledgeable about the Hawaiian culture. I just wish we would’ve learned more about Pearl Harbor on the way there and back. With the two hours available, it left us one hour to browse plus 1 hour to go out to the memorial on the boat. We were booked on 11 AM and they put us on a 1:15 pick up without notice till the day before thus making us alter our plans. My personal opinion is this would be a great excursion if you do not want to wait for a boat pass, which they were readily available and free when we got there and you do not want to see the rest of Pearl Harbor Memorial. To me this was a total waste of $485.
