It was a great morning and so glad we booked a tour vs doing it on our own. The staff is extremely strict and it was nice the tour company knew all the rules. Well worth the price of the tour operator.

Beautiful area. Clear water. Saw lots of fish. Bring cooler with water they have none on the beach only at snack bar at the beginning. Ride trolley to get up and down.

Lovely day at Hanauma Bay! Beautiful weather. Snorkelling was great. The tour group provided transport and snorkelling gear. They also arranged ticket so there was no wait on arrival. Extras such as umbrellas and chairs were an additional cost. The company was very easy to contact (I had to change my booking time and they sorted this). Great day overall

Mark (cousin Mark) is an excellent tour guide. Very friendly and even gave our group an extra surprise by going to Holona Blowhole to see the sunrise. I will not forget watching the sun rising. And the tour itself is my fave Oahu adventure. Hanuama bay is absolutely beautiful. The fishes are abundant and not afraid to display their beauty. It helped me get accustomed to a snorkel gear because of the shallow water areas. I will recommend this company and kuddos to cousin Mark! You will not be disappointed. And take the 6am slot. It gets crowded easily past 9am.

Kaimana Tours is a superior tour company. The company is professional and is owned by Hawaiian Natives so it is a wonderful way to support locals. I was having a difficult time trying to obtain tickets to Hanauma Bay. Hanauma Bay is free to locals however, there are only so many tickets released per day. Kaimana Tours was able to obtain the passes for us to purchase tickets. I paid $87.28 for 1 adult and 1 child. This price covered roundtrip transportation. I purchased my tickets for Hanauma Bay upon arrival. The company provides excellent and reliable roundtrip transportation. We had an exceptional time at Hanauma Bay. I could not have asked for a better experience.
I also used Kaimana Tours for our hike to Diamond Head Crater. The cost for roundtrip transportation and the park ticket was $64.98. The hike is self guided and approximately 1.6 miles in duration. The views are definitely worth the hike. The tour company provided excellent transportation to and from Diamond Head Crater. Again if you are in search of a professional local company use Kaimana Tours because they do not disappoint.

Great way to see the bay woth out having to drive. You are dropped off and picked up. Go early!

Hanauma Bay only has so many individual tickets that you must purchase 48 hours in advance and they sell out FAST (within 20 mins of the booking window opening) While booking them yourself is the cheapest option, booking through this company allows you more flexibility to purchase tickets when you want and they’ll pick you up and drive you to the Bay (parking is another issue that fills up quickly). Their equipment rentals are fairly priced and it is convenient not having to wait in line to rent a mask, snorkel, and fins at the Bay itself. All in all they provide a pretty great value for what you get.

It's hard to get ticket for Hanauma bay. It was lot easier to go with a tour company.
I would definitely recommend this one with really good communication, punctuality, snorkeling gears (and extra accessories for a minimal price if you want) and proper information.

I did all the tours that Kaimana Tours offers - Hanauma Bay snorkeling, Dimond Head, Rainforest and Waterfall, and the Lighthouse. The service was top-notch every time. The pick up was on time, the drivers - helpful and knowledgeable. If you are in Waikiki and don't have a rental car, this is a great option to expand farther than just the beach and shopping. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing experience! The snorkel gear was provided to us so we did not have to worry about anything. One of the most beautiful spots on Earth! We were picked up on time from the spot we were told to wait and picked up on time as well. Perfect!

Good value even with the state fee being an additional $25. Length of time could be shortened by 1-2 hours in my opinion. Long wait for the driver.

It is a beautiful place to visit with awesome scenery and the snorkelling was great. The transport for pick and drop off punctual and friendly.

The bay is a good snorkeling spot. You need this tour ONLY if you don't have a rental car. It is basically a car ride to the bay. If you have a car and can come relatively early in the morning, you should be able to find parking and get the tickets easily.

They provide transportation and equipment only, NO tickets! You must stay line close to 1 hour and then you are lucky if you’re able to get ticket
